Paris based Nocta Numerica promotes Electro, Disco, Italo and Acid Music according to it's Bandcamp page.
However, with the release of Hamburg's quadratschulz's Mini LP, "Not a Number", they might need to add Tech-Goth to that list. 
Opening track "Opportunity Cost" kicks in at about 140bpm and would not sound out of place on a dusty tape cassette of Detente era lost Coldwave classics or in little known but hugely influential Kit Kat Club in London in the 80s that played host to Soft Cell and Visage as well as being a den of amphetamine and cider.
As nostalgic as it might make the 80s Goth brigade feel, this is totally forward thinking, with an urgent booming bass, retro claps and just a hint of acid. Like Black Strobe or even Trisomie 21.  Call it Goth, call it techno, call it what you want. It's not a number.

Earlier this year, @c_a_r aka Chloé Raunet’s second album 'PINNED' was released to huge acclaim from the likes of DJ Mag, Resident Advisor and Trax Magazine.

The first of two multifaceted remix EPs out later this month, 'PINNED Up' realises the powerful dancefloor potential of Raunet's material and features contributions from the likes of Marcus Worgull, Bawrut and Lokier. @michael-mayer-kompakt heads up the release with a remix that unleashes the latent kinetic energy and emotive power of original album closer 'This City'. It went down an absolute storm when he dropped it at fabric the other month, and now you can listen to it above.

Fractions - Control

Fractions eschew biographical identity in their debut release for Berlin’s FLEISCH records. A potent mix of EBM, techno, breakbeat, electro, acid and horror-soundtrack provides only a title, ‘Control’, S&M leaning artwork that seems to reference Dali’s ‘In Voluptas Mors’ and a one-line manifesto: MAKE DEAD DANCE.

True to these words, established formalities are cast aside as the record
begins without ceremony; barrel-reverb percussion strikes, a hard hitting straight snare and vinyl crackle ambience set the tone; once the 4/4 kick hits, the basis of ‘Control’ is established. The first four tracks explore EBM, new-beat and acid within the 120-125bpm spectrum, horror-sci-fi pads weave between razor sharp arpeggiations, distorted 303 squelch emerges from doomsday sirens and in the vocal sample taken from the title track, a single, ominous voice urges the
listener to ‘control your mind’.

The final two tracks explore more broken, stepping rhythms, the
extended middle section of ‘Celestial’ transitions from pads that wouldn’t sound out of place in Aphex Twin’s ambient works into a cold John Carpenter-esque piano loop; the final track ‘Inhale/Exhale’ picks up the tempo but focuses on a slowly building frenzy of percussion and arpeggiation, with a snare drum that gradually gathers intensity as the track progresses, tying the swarming rhythm together and closing the record with the anticipation of a drop that never
manifests.

For a debut EP, Fraction’s ‘Control’ shows a markedly developed voice in tying together genres under a haze of dance-floor gloom.
