Loud. Fast. Rock n’ roll. We didn’t come to reinvent the wheel, we’re not here serving a brand new cuisine. We’re serving up those classic high gain recipes you grew up on. It’s burgers and fries out here in the dives of San Francisco, cuz we know you’re hungry. 
We left our hometown of Phoenix in 2015. We landed in San Francisco hoping to plant roots in the legendary music scene we had heard so much about. We arrived at a time when many artists were fleeing to cheaper pastures as tech companies dominated the city. Ridiculous rent, and crazy high prices were not enough to break our spirits. Today, The Breakfast Pigs are one of the last remaining rock bands in the city, and we’re not going anywhere.
The newest release “loud and fast” is an explosive two song ep that took us outside of our box, thinking about more than just ourselves. It’s full of political strife, vengeful manic energy, and wanderlust. It’s an expedition overseas into the imagination, and a journey through the difficult and uncomfortable history of our country’s southern border.

Based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Mouse Powell creates multi genre music with a focus on maintaining a Hip Hop aesthetic. Following his 2018 release, "First Love" Powell has toured extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada. Crafted with pointed honesty and humor the album is set to a soundscape that draws from Powell's love for soul and blues music. With a top tier live show, and new music on the horizon Mouse is showing no sign of slowing.
