The last episode of my Noods show for 2023 is a ramble through some of the records on one of my favourite labels, Trunk Records. 

A goldmine for library, soundtrack, tv & radiophonic music, kitsch, jazz, ambient and more, this nearly 30 year-strong imprint has been a big source of inspiration to me over the years.

Jouko wefts that tapestry like it's 1702 and he’s doing up Queen Anne's gaff. Combine expansive taste with a need to get it all out there and you end up regularly hosting two radio shows, playing out around Amsterdam and putting together mixes like this.
