Another co-with Harry Collier from The Hempolics/Faithless/Kubb. I made a few 3/4 time bars to follow the vocal line - I recorded the piano and vocal live and that's how it came out in that performance - we then added the additional instrumentation after. Proud of this one. Check out the video (link below) that my husband Fionn made - Todd and Layla feature too, these are my good friends and musicians that I was playing with at the time. (Todd's wife was the getaway driver). They are good peeps!

Katy Rose and her awesome Dad - Kim Bullard - who plays in Elton John's band wrote this song. My good friend Tam Johnstone said I should do a cover of it. SO I asked Kim adn Katy and here it is. I wanted to get a real spooky vibe going on that represents the loneliness I often feel. It was very cathartic to record this and I love playing this one live. I adore the subject and how relevant it is to how I sometimes feel! I've continued to co-write a few more more songs with Katy Rose. She is a kindred spirit and a legend.
