ROSS E. LOCKHART is an author, anthologist, editor, and publisher. A lifelong fan of supernatural, fantastic, speculative, and weird fiction, Lockhart is a veteran of small-press publishing, having edited scores of well-regarded novels of horror, fantasy, and science fiction.

Lockhart edited the anthologies The Book of Cthulhu I and II, Tales of Jack the Ripper, Giallo Fantastique, and The Children of Old Leech (with Justin Steele). He is the author of Chick Bassist. Lockhart lives in an old church in Petaluma, California, with his wife Jennifer, hundreds of books, and Elinor Phantom, a Shih Tzu moonlighting as his editorial assistant.

Yet another hobbyist to float upon the sea of interwebs.  I'm honored to have been a part of P.O.P., Precedence Over Programming with Jaundice Joplin and others.

Priorities shift with the tide, coming and going, along the edges of what's really important.

While we are growing up.... People tell us stories, HI-story, myths, and mysteries to explain the world we see and the world around us... and some of that we take to be absurd, or lies, and some we claim for truth, and we try to fit everything else into boxes that goes along with... all that. 

Ironically, you might believe all the stories you are ever told hold some truth, about the whole...  but never the less you also struggle to define you. You're story.  We all make up our own stories, about who we are, what we value, or don't value, our own mythologies about why we are here, and where we are going... and then... We try to fit that into boxes right along with everything else... 

Some stuff just won't fit... Maybe you need more boxes, or more itty bitty compartments to fit everything in, so you can sort it all out, and find understanding, define, every landing butterfly, every flower, ever physical state of matter, every... but right now... even if you attempt to define our interaction.... it is changing by the act of your observation and your interaction.  Ironically, I'm not even HERE to share that... for all you know... I could be some smelly hippie type who died in the sixties...
