StePa is the union of two names, the former Italian and the latter Spanish. Stefano Chiarini aka Stefan Lyczewski comes from Bologna and Pablo Timon aka Paul Rudder comes from Gijòn. They met by chance in Italy at the end of 2013 and started to collaborate since the very beginning of 2014. When they produce music they stretch from melodic deep through UK garage and house, keeping always a combination of 4x4 rhythms and old school influences; while when they are playing together they are focused on deep and house, with a special love for rhodes, piano melodies and voices full of soul.
