At the height of the Covid pandemic, with all the clubs in the world shut down, progressive house fans looked to live streams and artist mixes to satiate their need for music and emotion.

In March of that year, Cristoph, one of the biggest names in the scene, put out a 2 hour mix through his social media and podcast platforms. It featured 2 songs from the previously unknown artist and immediately created a buzz amongst listeners and underground connoisseurs.

Soon after the legendary Eric Prydz tweeted about him and by then Flowaver’s fresh take on progressive house was no longer a secret.

The prolific artist has been heavily supported by his heroes in the field, with Cristoph debuting (at the time of writing) no less than 8 Flowaver songs through his ‘Consequence of Society’ shows.

Flowaver is a world citizen, having lived in 3 continents thus far. This flow in life has resulted in a refinement of his signature sound and allowed him to blend together influences as varied as classical, jazz, ambient, hip hop, pop, bhangra, filmi, emo, metal, rock, electronic and thunderous techno

Whilst his music offers stark contrast at times, the underlying core of groove and energy is ever-present. It is music that is cerebral, but also heavy enough to grace warehouses and visceral, late - night sets

With all of his releases thus far climbing to No.1 on the Beatport Progressive House charts, Flowaver continues to push his boundaries and dedicate deeply to his craft, constantly evolving and on track to forge his own legacy in the scene.
