Here we are with the Furthur Progressions Records showcase for the first time on radiOzora w/ label runer HAMISH.

Hamish started DJ’ing at 19 while at University. His first events became the calling-card for those in search of good atmosphere, decor and amazing music. Since then he moved to London and continued to work on events, responsible for bringing artists such as Ace Ventura, Freq, Klopfgeister, Kasey Taylor, Flowjob and Liquid Soul to the capital. He also attracted the attention of Shane Gobi and Alchemy Records, becoming a label DJ in 2006. With the influence on warm, strong, psychedelic and groovy music, ranging from techno to progressive to full-on, Hamish always goes on a musical wander when behind the decks. His love of progressive led to the forming of Furthur Progressions r e c o r d s and a n end u r ing DJ partnership with Mark Bedouin. Now, with two compilations under his belt as a DJ and a calendar of label releases and gigs, all Hamish can think is – busy is great, music is fantastic and the dancefloors are happening! HAMISH Furthur Progressions Furthur Progressions Records is a UK-based music label project evolved from events thrown in Leeds and London (UK) by the Furthur Project team, which brought them in to contact with some of the leading labels and artists in the early noughties. The basis of experience and wealth of talent they were working with, along with the passion of the team to continue to evolve their experience within the most enlightening medium available to humankind, led to the creation of Furthur Progressions Records: a platform for the release of innovative, effective, high-quality music.
