Reservoir Dub is happy to release a compilation of tunes composed and mixed by the french dubmaker Gary Clunk. This album is called “Archives of Dub vol.3” and includes 6 tunes + the 6 dub versions. Those Archives of Dub are a picture of a period : the tracks were mixed between 2015 and 2020… 100% stepper style! The first two volumes has been successfully released through the labels “French Dub Released” and “ODG Prod”.

For those who don’t know Gary Clunk : he’s a French dub producer since 2003 located around Bordeaux. He created Storm & Break records with his friend Hatman. He’s also involved in several projects like The Subvivors and was playing in the band Uptown Rebel a few years ago. His live dub spirit was mostly inspired by Improvisators Dub and Manutension. Gary Clunk represent – among some friends – The Bordeaux Dub School.

Archives of Dub vol.3 isavailable for free directly though our website from the 16th of December 2021 but also on bandcamp and the streaming platforms!

This is the keyword in this release that is “UNITY”.
We are describing reality some people disconnect from community and now we need it more “UNITY” in this world what we made it for.
The riddim feels like 80s one drop roots with sorrow mood of Johnny Clarke lyrics .
And also we featured Colourman as the deejay cut by from youth promotion.
This is the biggest 1st release in 2022 as the legendary series from Rough Signal Records.
On the B side has wickedest dub mix and riddim by Dub Kazman.

Soul Warrior + Dub Warrior - Irie Station (ft Jahnaud)

CrudoBilbao SoundLabel presents ISLAND GROOVE by Antxon Sagardui in collaboration with numerous vocal and instrumental artists. This is a journey through experimentation with 808 sounds, atmospheres inspired by Trap, Lo-Fi, or Liquid Dub combined with drum patterns inspired mostly by the Jamaican rockers of the 70s and 80s in their lazyest cadences. 12 tracks that combine vocal cuts with instrumental cuts starring classic reggae winds, pretending to immerse the listener in Jamaican grooves through the most current sounds and atmospheres inspired by the urban music.
Among the vocal tracks, there are collaborations of Adala, Isabel Sharpe, Lootah, Beñaranks, Irie Nanara, Ranking Sepah and Amets. Direct lyrics that are sung in up to 4 languages (English / Patois, Basque, Catalan and Spanish) that give off originality, while inviting to reflection and dance. Three of these tracks are remixes and there is also the cover POR EL SUELO(Manu Chao, 1998) with which the Singer Amets closes the album.
Among the instrumental tunes there is the opening track by Johan playing the trombone, a cut with the sax of Akzi, another one with the trumpet of Alberto Sanzol (outta The Mousehunters) and the complete brass section by Hamaika Roots. Except for the first one, the rest of the instrumental cuts follow a previous vocal versión on its own riddim.
As usual in the works that Antxon Sagardui released under CrudoBilbao SoundLabel, the artwork is done by the master called Ribo.
