Originally from Paris, Kalsx spent his youth learning violin and music theory in a conservatoire. In fond of science and artificial intelligence, he soon discovers a new interest for electronic music, which he appreciates both the abstract aspect and the countless possibilities it offers.

As time goes by, he is progressively driven by a strong desire to create and starts writing his first compositions at the age of 22. Inspired by several movements derived from techno music and his classical background, Kalsx develops a deep and eminently melodic style with pronounced psychological patterns. His music is the result of a work of introspection, between dreams and illusions.

From Trinidad & Tobago, Calypso Rose has been the undisputed Queen of Calypso for more than 40 years. After having produced 30 albums and composed 800 songs, she now lives in the Queens, NY. In 2015, she met Manu Chao who did additional production on a few tracks from her next album.
