Wahres Selbstbewusstsein offenbart sich häufig erst in extrem Situationen. Insbesondere bei emotional u/o kognitiv aufreibenden Konflikten, wird das Selbstbewusstsein eines Menschen gefordert. Dabei ist erst einmal egal, ob es sich um einen Disput mit einem Freund, Kollegen oder Vorgesetzten handelt. Sobald eine fundamentale Meinungsverschiedenheit kommunikativ in Erscheinung tritt, muss agiert werden. Entweder man bemüht sich darum, sein Gegenüber von seinem Standpunkt zu überzeugen, einen gemeinsamen Nenner zu finden oder die Differenzen einfach zu akzeptieren. So oder so sollte der (selbst-)bewusste Mensch aktiv werden, seine Gedanken mit seinem Gesprächspartner teilen und auf möglichst emphatische Art und Weise seine Beweggründe darlegen. Stellt sich heraus, dass hier zwei diametrale Weltbilder aufeinandertreffen, kann es auch manchmal einfach das beste sein, die Glaubensmuster des jeweils anderen zu akzeptieren. Getreu dem Motto ‚Leben und leben lassen‘. 
In jedem Fall ist es für das eigene selbst am gesündesten, sich nicht zu verstecken. Ein offener Austausch erlaubt die meisten Konflikte direkt aufzulösen. Hält der Mensch sich zurück so kann ein tiefsitzender und zermürbender Groll entstehen. Dieser raubt Energie und erschwert ein glückliches und unbeschwertes Leben. Darüber hinaus kann keine Maske der Welt, ein wahres Gesicht auf ewig verbergen.

Der erste Schnee

Zum ersten Mal in diesem Jahr fällt Schnee. Die weißen Flocken haben im Schnitt die Größe von 2 Euromünzen und erinnern in ihrer Gesamtheit an frisch gesiebten Puderzucker. Der Schnee kommt bei diesem Schauspiel der Natur in Schüben. Manchmal blickt man aus dem Fenster und sieht einfach nur einen blass blau-grauen Himmel. Beim nächsten Mal hingegen sieht man wildtanzende Eiskristalle, die sich scheinbar unorganisiert und desorientiert ihren Weg zur Erde bahnen. 
Schneefall mit allem was dazu gehört sehen wir in unseren Breitengraden immer seltener. Dementsprechend ist und bleibt der Anblick eines solchen Gezeitenphänomens ein Event und definitiv ein Blickfang. Intensives starren in das Schneegeschehen wirkt ähnlich entspannend wie das hypnotische Flackern eines Kamin- oder Lagerfeuers. Also ein warmes Getränk der Wahl zur Hand und Augen auf für Mutternatur.

Joe Carl verewigt sich mit diesem Live Set auf KataHaifisch. Wie es der Name bereits impliziert, wurden für diese Komposition nur eigens produzierte Werke verwendet. Der einheitliche und dennoch vielseitige Stil zieht sich durch den gesamten Podcast. Dabei kommen die unterschiedlichen Grooves, Stimmungen und Akzente wunderbar zur Geltung. Die Nummer 244 macht definitiv Lust auf den Sommer, Sonne und ein unbeschwertes Tänzchen am Sandstrand.

Hi guys, how you doing? Hope you are all right here is something you may be interested in. 
This is a list of eleven tracks that are falling under the category for me as, tried and tested, all 11 have received favourable views either from people that have heard them either in one of my mixes or have heard them at one of the venues that they’ve been played at.
 I keep a record of tunes that have good response and out of a lot of the tunes that I’ve played in the last couple of weeks here is eleven of those tracks that have had a great response, namely the TRIED AND TESTED.

Just to let you know we had an amazing guest on The Sounds Collectives “IT RUNS DEEP” Last Saturday night on Deephouse-radio.com We welcomed the brilliant Dj Takuna. He is the founder and one of the creatives at Mad Buddies Podcast, a class DJ & Pod-caster of the monthly show based in Durban, South Africa. His interpretation of electronic music is described by complex melodies, deep transitions, thumping beats & harmonising dubbie sounds. His influences range from various house music inspired genres and sub-genres.
