The Heart of this Journey Bears All Patterns, commonly known as Thot-j-Bap: a speculative fiction journey poem, with two heroes, a man (B)artholomew and a woman, (A)bigail, and a vast connection of other characters whom they meet as they travel from an imaginary British Columbia, which in the poem is called, Pacifica, and then to Toronto, Paris, Baghdad and a city in India, Ahmedabad. Many things happen along the way, mainly bad, some good―embedded into this story are bee poems, which contrast and complement a series of environmental and social catastrophes.
