Uncomplicated

I wrote this song in honor of a very special fundraiser my family has decided to take part in. Our hopes are to raise awareness and funding for the individuals and families who mental health has affected. This hits home for me as many of you may be able to pick up though my music, in fact its what originally drove me to begin all this. Ive felt alone and voiceless and now that ive regained my voice I hope to speak for those who cant find the words, for those who share the feelings ive felt, for the fighters who keep on fighting when all hope seems gone. 

For those who are in the depth of it, my only hopes is that by opening up about my own story, it will enable you to feel like you can do the same. In a world divided the one undeniable truth is we are all human, we all make mistakes, we all struggle and feel lost from time to time but never are you alone. I hope this allows you to reflect upon your own journey, give yourself some credit and for those who can’t relate to my experience I hope this allows you too see a perspective less familiar to you. An ongoing theme of the past year, to grow and to always seek to understand more than your own experiences, to share your own and never deny another’s. #strongertogether
