*There are some days where I can't face the reality of existence and life is just too much to continue on... It was on one of those days that I wrote this song and it helped me to get through what I was dealing with, hopefully it will help others as well and help them come out the other side...

Seemed appropriate today to post this Hidden Word I put to music "Grieve not" - Dedicated to all my American friends who may be upset or disheartened by this election...
Let's not become overwhelmed with hatred or fear, this is an opportunity to come together and overcome any injustices with cooperation...We're stronger when we work together for a common goal, a common vision- the education and advancement of human civilization. I truly believe there is something greater at work despite the state of the world today and we can choose be a part of it if we align ourselves with peace, love and unity, and actively work for the betterment of the world.

"O SON OF MAN! Should prosperity befall thee, rejoice not, and should abasement come upon thee, grieve not, for both shall pass away and be no more."

This is a Baha'i Unity prayer which I put to music to sing for my sister's wedding.
