This one is no newcomer... Remixed by Harry Lemon in 1999 it is a solid tek-trancer with a steady beat and layered sequences while still holding on to some of the trancier elements of the original.

Now you can download for free his own remastered 2020 version. The original is hard to find on vinyl and virtually non existent in digital form.

For the first episode of new releases, our show showcasing fresh music by our community, Teison brings his new EP “Angels”. Produced over the course of the past two years, in Teison words the EP is a celebration of the bittersweet feelings and happy tears moments that make us human and we sometimes forget to celebrate. Blissful melancholic synth strings and floaty atmosphears  are skillfully seamlessly blended with breakbeaty house percussive patterns - smoothly transitioning between introspective moments and more euphoric dancefloor euphoria. Join us on Saturday 16th August at Inverted Audio Record Store in Peckham for an all vinyl session from @verdant-recordings label boss Andy Green to celebrate the release of 'Rain on Window' from Istanbul-based producer @havantepe.   

Consisting of three solo tracks and two remixes, 'Rain on Window' blends minimal dub techno with atmospheric electronics, primed to enthral the most discerning of listeners.

The free to attend in-store event commences at 6pm and ends at 9pm. We’ll have copies of ‘Rain on Window’ on sale at the in-store, so be sure to join us for a dance!


Havantepe - Rain on Window [Vertex Recordings]

This one's not a jazz track, but I can't get it out of my head right now.
Recently re-released on Colemine Records, by The Flying Stars Of Brooklyn NY.
I've extended the intro and far too short break, and added a few tweaks to increase the playing time.
Also had to add some wise words from Herbie Hancock at the beginning to get round the copyright filter.
