Tha Committee is a Hip Hop group from Tacoma, WA that consists of two rappers Knuckles and Tha Moufpiece and R&B singer Dee Zee. Together they bring a unique Northwest sound that draws influence from an array of different music genres and styles. Tha Committee is part of the 25th&3rd Entertainment group which includes fellow Tacoma rap duo Second Family who brought you the hit "Bout A Swag". Originally starting out with as many as 7 members at one time, Tha Committee has gradually shaped into the 3 man group that you see today doing collaborations and shows with popular Washington artists such as Leezy Soprano and Island Trybe as they look to continue to gain a buzz in the Hip Hop scene of the Northwest region.

Born and raise on Oahu, Hawaii and now living in Seattle, Washington, Emes (pronounced M.S) has been blessed with the ability to connect with audiences worldwide with his soulful sounds, and real life lyrics. An accomplished musician, songwriter, and vocalist, Emes has been perfecting his craft for over 16 + years, and he is now ready to share his music with the world. Leaving his home, family, and friends in Hawaii after graduating high school, moving to Seattle, Washington to pursue his musical career, Emes is now ready to walk tall in his life long dream. This former Musical Director for the Vibe Central Band, carries a certain calm and confidence about him that separates him, placing him into a category all on his own. As he would say, " You can't beat me being me", a motif that gains the respect of critics and music lovers alike.
