About the EP:
As if it came from another era or maybe another dimension, we are proud to welcome the new collaborative EP from producers KDS and Stabfinger from France and Italy, with the singer Amina Annabi from Tunisia. Initially conceived as a live show, the sonic collaboration of these three artists navigates between the most contemporary and electric sound of downtempo, but with ancestral roots of North African sang melodies, orchestrated by the incredibly talented Amina Annabi and thought of as a multidisciplinary show that combines aerial circus, lights show and live instruments.
AL Bidaya is an explosion of mystery and colors that starts from a very deep atmosphere towards the most progressive sounds, all with particular and mystical groove of what some call, ¨the sounds of the desert¨ Along with them, we also present the remixes of 3 outstanding French artists such as Karmâa, Max TenRom and Mula. Each one contributing their talent to make an excellent piece of music as we always like: both listenable at home as well as on the dance floor.

We are happy to present you a track by the Ukrainian DJ and producer OK Selekta.
The track is an edit of an a cappella Ayawaska song - “La Luna”.

The original icaros is sung by Metsa Nihue - a medicine man, who is focused on using the universal languages of singing and music to help people discover the native South American healing and spiritual practice.

Lyrics of La Luna song were written by Rosa Giove, a Peruvian naturopathic doctor of Japanese descent who studied dieting plant medicines in the Amazon. During her isolation time in the jungle, she had the sense that these lyrics were being whispered to her by the spirits of nature.

Ok Selekta was impressed by the beauty and power of the song and created his own musical interpretation of it.

As Metsa described “La Luna offers solace for the sorrow and grief that comes from a life of deep living”. We believe you will experience the same relief while enjoying the OK Selekta’s edit.

About this edit :
Nour El Ein is probably the best known song by Amr Diab. After almost 30 years I think it's truly incredible with how much skill and beauty this artist has mixed and made dialogue between Arab music and Hispanic melodies. An absolute innovator! This Edit slowly blossoms. An electronic arpeggio, reminiscent of an intimate female voice, wants to take your hand for a ride on a merry-go-round of exotic melodies and rhythms...

➤ About this VA:
100 years ago the world lived in chaos. Huge wars between humans, as well as great advances in technology that changed forever the face of the world, a world that according to many artists, lived as a prisoner of the rational mind and that did not allow us humans to understand life and the Universe in its wide spectrum.

This is how, with its mystical origin in Dadaism, Surrealism was born. A movement that sought to explore and venture into the limits of the human mind through art. Initially literature, but also reaching the visual arts and so much more. Then decades later, the first psychedelic artists were born, much closer to music in its origins and who represented a rebellion against the established norms in the face of a world in chaos.

Today after 100 years, the scenario is complex again. There are wars, there is a technological revolution and the world is coming out of a great chaos caused by a virus that produced a great crisis. Can we perhaps learn something from the ideas of surrealism, to understand today's world?, remove ourselves from the entirely rational mind to which technology and the "information society" push us, to finally understand the world from an alternative perspective?

Making this compilation was a leap into the void, a mixture of psychic automatism and cadavre exquis (exquisite corpse) that ended with a very free, authentic and very fresh result, with the wonder of the unexpected, including very purely electronic songs, with ideas of techno and even psy trance, like other more tropical ones with psychedelic cumbia, of course others more pop and the others, those that are usually there in our music, the ones totally trippy.

We hope you enjoy this great compilation full of freedom and unusual ideas, which will help you connect with another world through music, rhythm and love, thank you eternally!

Going back to spin at Stereo Montreal after four long years was definitely the most exciting news I received in recent months. However, I never expected that the entire night would turn into an unforgettable experience and a record-breaking event. While anyone can listen to this set, only those who were present truly understand the magnitude of what I'm talking about. Enjoy!

Na bumm! Endlich mal wieder ne richtige, spulige Spezialität. Von ganz tief unten und schön langsam im Dampfgarer zubereitet, kredenzen uns die beiden heute besonders leckere Pelmenis und sorgen somit für ein Sättigungsgefühl der etwas anderen Art. 

Gefüllt mit den verschiedensten Zutaten, wird unser auditiver Cortex mit akustischen Reizen gefüttert, welche die Großhirnrinde in wellenförmiges Vibrieren versetzen. 

Einige Etagen tiefer macht sich das natürlich auch gleich mal bemerkbar und wir erwischen uns dabei, wie der ganze Körper vor sich hin wobbelt.
