Winter Memories (2013) is a piece written for concert band. Winter Memories was conceived as a tone poem of one reflecting upon the joyous time that can be had during the winter. Opening with a brief ethereal statement of melodies, we are transported to the hillside of families playing in the snow – throwing snowballs, chasing one another, and building snowmen. In the middle of all of this frivolity, a sleigh sails across the snow only to return to the themes depicting snow-time fun. The entire image is concluded with a fanfare ending!

Create a 45 second to 1 minute intro for a trailer cue to a post apocalyptic sci-fi movie, with a hopeful tint - with the central core revolving around human voices. This could be choirs, soloist, choral effects and vocal effects, just be creative with the human voice!

Amazonia: The Cradle of Life - 2020 Score The World contest - Royce L. Cole - Submission

Music composed for Pintac! Panic! and the 2020 Global Game Jam. The player would hear this music in the lull between attacks while they are repairing their vessel.

In this game the player will start off by choosing a destination to travel to. From there the game opens into a scene inside of their spaceship. They are woken up because an attack has been made on the ship and their support rooms have been damaged. The player will need to repair the rooms on the ship in order to keep the ship moving. For resources they can exit the ship and collect scrap metal while tethered to the ship. Periodically waves of attack will come through and further damage the ship. It will be up to the player to decide how to spend their resources so they can survive the waves and make it to their destination safely.
