Berlin-based producer and DJ, Fletcher, is set to make a notable addition to Anthony Georges Patrices' Ausblick imprint this December with the release of his 'Blurred Lines' EP. Over the past decade, Fletcher has carved out his niche in dub techno and micro house, having previously released a debut album on Steve O’Sullivan’s Mosaic and contributed to labels such as Roger Gerressen’s Irenic, Ohm Series, and his own Tact Recordings/Tactics.

Scheduled for release on December 8, 2023, the EP's title track, 'Blurred Lines,' takes center stage. Within its eight-minute duration, Fletcher skillfully layers ghostly chimes, swelling subs, and modulating synths atop a sturdy, shuffled percussive groove. The result is a dynamic and engaging journey, where Fletcher's talent for creating intricate sound design and rhythmic exploration shines through.

The tension lets up with 'Concr3tXplsn,' forming a deep, addictive groove. A higher melody introduced in the latter third elevates the mood, making it a standout piece. 'StructrALfrq' follows with daunting, ominous, and spooky elements, perfect for fans of serious techno moods. The energy builds through the break, maintaining a gripping intensity. 'M0n0l!th' strikes a balance between deep techno and tech, and can seamlessly fit into a house music set. It features an eerie underlying melody and a futuristic feel, evoking a sense of space travel. 'MetlPlexR' takes listeners on an uncertain yet exciting journey with circling chords. The Italian native has had a history working alongside a number of talented artists.
He's the owner of the label Detune Records,founded in 2000.
Brando’s releases have been picked up by the likes of Orange Groove , Kompakt , Samuvar , Dewtone Recordings , Mental Groove , Detune Records and Elettronica Romana. He has composed a score for the movie “La Solitudine Dei Numeri Primi”, distributed by Medusa,with the soundtrack signed by Mike Patton ,leader of Faith No More,and presented at the 67th Venice Film Festival. He currently resides in Rome, spreading experimental spiritual frequencies across the world.
