Blue is the Warmest Color is written specifically for Define Festival and the piece is based in the experienced feeling that when you are at your lowest and feeling the most blue – at the same time is the point where you feel the most alive. It’s both unpleasant and life affirming, but as human beings, we should appreciate that we can accommodate these big contrasts of feelings – it gives life character. Life is a complex game, which we thankfully not quite fully understand. Blue is the Warmest Color is both the sweet girl’s favorite color but at the same time that very feeling she left you with, as she got away. Enjoy the beautiful and complex in life. Love the fact that we have this palette of feelings – feelings – that makes life worthwhile living".

A track I composed to mimic the feeling of being around a Danish landmark, Rubjerg Lighthouse in the northern Denmark. I wanted to create a feeling of wind, to which I recorded myself breathing through my French Horn. As well as mainly created by using the powerful software synthesizers like Moog Modular and DUNE 2.
