It is much too early to venture any valid ideas or predictions. It is in the nature of  a creative human to take a tool and make use of it creatively. That is probably the beginning and the end of it, with much babble in between.

Wow. I've been seriously considering starting classes at Point Blank next month. as a serious hobbyist, not expecting to make a living in music. not sure if this makes it all more interesting... or redundant.

AI is similar to the invention of photography. before photography artists primarily drew realistically. Photography forced them to do things that photography couldn't.

This is incredible, I'll give it that. I hear so many comparing AI to that next step from drawing on paper to drawing in photoshop on a tablet, for example. It's not the same. AI is very very incredible, but it ought to be used for fun and not, freely without restrictions, able to take away people's livelihood. Yes, there's pros and cons and it will force people to become MORE creative, but trying to keep up with AI learning and application of skill/knowledge etc, will be near if not completely impossible. The only answer is to build an army of people to combat the machines, not unlike the Terminator. Geezus... never thought I'd say anything close to these words.

I hate that it exists, but I'm also fascinated. This could literally be the doom of us all.

🥴😒 If y'all can't tell the difference you haven't listened to nearly enough blues music & or aren't musicians who can tell the difference. This is as BAD as the AI generated pictures online that have all kinds of visual & contextual errors.      This should never be sold commercially as music and if it is it must always be labeled as such. Disgusting & I will never support it.
