Solid Grooves reveals the fourth instalment of its 'Raw Grooves' series as Carloh, CHKLTE and Shokë return alongside a wealth of new names including Francis De Simone and Inavo.

Launched as a home for impactful club-focused productions, Solid Grooves' sister imprint Solid Grooves Raw has released some of the collective's biggest go-to anthems of late, with artists such as Josh Butler, Ramin Rezaie, Beltran, JUST2 and Antss dropping heat on the label.

Usually an annual fixture in the calendar, 2022 becomes the first year to see two VA offerings on the imprint as the UK favourites return with the fourth volume of 'Raw Grooves', locked and loaded with both returning and fresh talent. Stepping things up again, the fourth in the series sees returning trio Carloh, CHKLTE, and Shokë drop fresh material while unveiling impressive label debuts from emerging names in Elijah Wolfe, Francis De Simone, Inavo, Kidoo, Havoc & Lawn and Dot N Life.

Thomas Cerutti is back on Roush with another impressive EP confirming the good relationship between Novara's artist and our growing family. His return comes just after a great couple of releases on interesting labels such as Cocoa or Witty Tunes where the Italian has shown great production skills accompanied with an innate understand about actual dancefloor. Regarding to the EP, tittle cut 'Play With Me' opens things with a rolling groove offered by a delayed percussion that plays extremely well with the bouncing bassline. As the track progresses, detuned chords are added to give an evolving unstoppable feeling. On the flip 'Break It Down' follows a similar construction plus a tribalistic rhythm and sharp hi-hats. The Italian also shows a good taste on sampling due to the use of chopped vocals that are added in certain parts of the track.
