And what better than our first show back following the Covid hiatus than our set at the awesome Verknipt Festival 2021. This was a special one for us to be back in front of a packed festival crowd and is jammed full with our latest creations and studio bangers. We hope you enjoy!

@boiibizarre

BIOGRAPHY:
Seit seiner frühen Jugend ist Rene aka. BOII BIZARRE  in der Techno Szene des Ruhrgebiets unterwegs. Anfangs noch als normaler Partygänger, ging er schnell dazu über eigene Partys und Raves 
zu organisieren. 2020 entschloss er sich dann selbst vor das Mischpult zu treten und fing einige Zeit später mit dem Produzieren an. 
Seine Sets sind geprägt von einer dunklen, melodischen, treibenden Atmosphäre und
einer wilden Mischung aus Acid, Trance und Dark Techno. 
Die großen Clubs blieben ihm bis jetzt verwehrt. Ein paar erste Live Auftritte auf verschieden Outdoor Raves und einen ersten Club Gig hat er dennoch zu verzeichnen.
Ebenso hat er Podcasts bei diversen Kollektiven und ein erstes Release bei Industrial Techno United vorzuweisen.
Das soll aber noch lange nicht alles gewesen sein, BOII BIZARRE hat bock auf mehr.

So there it is. The Set that both of us would probably describe as one of our sickest experience. Playing the closing set at Schuhkarton on the opening Night was ridiculous and we are thankful for every single one who danced their asses of in the morning! Inspired by the cutting edge sounds of underground dance music, Durtysoxxx describes his musical aesthetic as deep, dark and driving with a side of groove.

Influences include early pioneers like The Prodigy, Carl Cox, John Digweed, Crystal Method and Daft Punk as well as some of today's most notable producers such as Pig&Dan, Luigi Madonna, Pan-Pot, Tale of Us and more. 

His relentless passion for pushing the sound boundaries, led to the inception of his record label, Funk'n Deep records in 2013.
