Ruby R was born in jeremi haiti. He started singing at the age of nine at his Grand mother's church then left Haiti arrived here in the united of states at the age of 15 reside in new york. He joined a couple of haitian bands and now a member of bujimix lotjan. He is also a solo artist on the side, has a couple of hit songs like marry me cover and back it up.
