More Than This (Ruby Sea Original)

This piece was the collaborative result of a two-week intensive class, Modern Vocal Experimentation at Interlochen Arts Academy. Everything you hear is entirely made up of human voices - nothing else.

In about a week, this diverse group of students (China, Macedonia, Greece, Australia, and the United States) wrote, rehearsed, and recorded this song. There are 142 total tracks of vocal sounds, percussion, and singing. Please comment with any questions about certain sounds - we had a lot of fun!
