In 2008, EMPR Management was founded by Elad Mezamer, whose goal is to promote Israeli artists and of course the EDM (Electronic Dance Music) in Israel.

From its very beginning EMPR has provided representation and personal management services, marketing and PR services, booking and tour management services in Israel and abroad, to Israeli EDM artists, including Dj Tochner, Epiphony, Mr.Black, Meital De-Razon, Itay Kalderon, Dor Dekel, Yinon Yahel, BrainDeaD, Erez Netz (Infected Mushroom), Eliad, Ruby & Tony, Oshri Cohen, Adi Neuman & Gili sa'ar, Sarai Givaty and many more.
During the year of 2010 EMPR Management has decided to expand its activities into producing music events and took a major part in various productions that took place in Tel Aviv and across the country, combining Israeli and international artists, such as Showtek, Nari & Milani, EDX, Claudia Cazacu, DRamirez, Inpetto, Dyro, Thomas Gold, Sandro Silva, Deniz Koyu, Eddy Wata, Alex Mika, Offer Nissim and other fine artists.

In 2013 the EMPR management has decided to take another step forward in the world of productions, and in collaboration with Mr. Elad Kobi they have established the new festival line called "DTM – Don’t Tell Mama", aims to promote the EDM Music, to break boundaries like other great festivals in the world, and most important – to empower the Israeli EDM artists and place them on the global map as part of the powerful international EDM scene. 
In light of these purposes 17 EDM Israeli Dj's have collaborated and performed on one stage at the first DTM festival, called "The Beginning".

Since its establishment, EMPR has promoted its artists, including by initiating collaborations with well known commercial companies, both in the Dj's professional equipment field and in the personal equipment field, such as Pioneer and SMS Audio.
EMPR also took a significant part in the visit of 50 Cent in Israel during December 2013.

EMPR's vision is to keep on promoting the EDM Music in Israel as well as the Israeli EDM artists, both in Israel and abroad, while providing personal care and guidance all the way.

		-Stemming from a more symphonic third grade beginning, 
Devin William Butcher {VENTRIS} immersed himself in the resonating sounds of strings and musical culture. Picking up a violin in the 3rd grade; the vast dynamics, stark contrasts, tempo, color, and velocity of its natural beauty, drove VENTRIS to instinctually find a deep passion for Trance music…this was made possible by way of Rank 1’s legendary track Airwave, in 1997. Another very close 2nd for his inspirational wheel house, is Safri Duo - Snake Food/Rise.  Devin’s taste for the longitudinal wave called sound, sought the finer nuisances of each evolving genre from then on.  From: house, breaks, techno, electro, and even eventually EDM; these constituents slowly carved away at his mind's idea of what sound has the potential to be. 
		-Ultimately, it is in the mechanics of how to coax another individual into expressing their deepest emotions on the dance floor, that has fueled Dev Butcher’s desire for performing. It is in all the minute details of VENTRIS' ever expanding drive, that the experiences of his sets culminate in unexpected twists and turns.  He constantly asks himself questions by which to measure his art, in an effort to accurately examine his abilities, and grow. How do you create the proper valleys for fireworks of peaks?  How do you descriptively create a message, while maintaining a close relationship with your dance floor?  How do you introduce an audience to something new?  
	-The diverse scenes and genres Devin has transcended throughout his career, has only reinforced the methods to conduct his madness.  Genres are irrelevant to him.  A good piece of music will always transcend barriers.  To him, if a track does not have transcendental potential, then it is not something people need to hear. Quality is always at he very top of his priorities.  He believes that music is the raw key to allow the ideal of ‘unity,’ to one day exist on this diverse sphere of carbon and water.
