O.D.D TV is an underground Denver area artist that has been rapping since 1999. ODD TV is well known for his conspiracy videos on youtube (ODD TV) and is one of the pioneers of hardcore truth music. O.D.D's slave name is Matt Procella and he was born in 1984 in Louisiana.

I make tattoos & beats/hip hop shit that sounds like that old boom bap. I  have always loved the sounds that a record generates especially the noises on them. So I take short samples and chop them in to sequences. They call this the art of sampling. If u like that kind of music.take a listen of my interpretation of just that.
