The Beat Chopping connoisseur Parallel returns to Omni Music with his first LP- This is a deep varied collection of beats recovered deep from the archives and demonstrate a snapshot in time where his early beats and bass were merged together in a blissful union. The opener and title track 'Find That Place' sets the tone of what is to come with evolving chopped drum breaks, moody atmospherics and impossible to guess structures that take the listener on a frenetic and otherworldly journey. The LP continues at a breakneck pace with more ethereal rhythmic structures such as the stuttering and unearthly sounding 'E-Motion Lotion', deep half-step odysseys like 'Ditch' as well more chilled out soundscapes such as 'Wave of Feelings' and 'Chill Time'.
This is a beautiful portfolio of Parallel's sounds across transcendental and futuristic Drum and Bass vibes.
