Italian pairing YOUniverse make their Solid Grooves debut with 'Feels Right'.

Fresh from their long-awaited Miami Music Week takeover at Space, the attention turns to the music as they welcome rising Turin-based duo YOUniverse for their first appearance on the label with 'Feels Right'.

Fusing shuffling, gritty drums and slithering low-ends with alluring and mysterious female vocals, 'Feels Right' slots in right at home on Solid Grooves as the label delivers yet more Dancefloor-orientated goodness set to make global crowds move.

With their Ibiza residency at DC10 Ibiza proving to be one of the stand-out series of the summer, it's safe to say Solid Grooves are making 2022 a year to remember as they also celebrate 10 years with a wealth of huge shows across the globe. Showing no signs of slowing when it comes to dropping impactful records across both labels, late-September welcomes the arrival of a big debut collaboration between UK talent Ben Sterling and Argentinian Bodeler as the pair combine for their first appearance on Solid Grooves with 'Uno Dos Tres'.

Fusing rolling organic percussion with playful vocal samples, snaking basslines and crisp hi-hats, 'Uno Dos Tres' delivers an impactful stripped back cut from the duo as they unveil a production perfect for the main room and the afters.

Argentina's Bodeler makes his solo debut on Solid Grooves with his latest single, 'Gem'.

An eclectic talent whose productions usually span the more minimal-leaning end of the house spectrum, Argentinian-born DJ/producer Bodeler has built a wealth of global fans with his stripped-back and groove-heavy sound. Having released out on the label alongside Planet X boss Ben Sterling for their collaboration 'Unos, Dos Tres' in late 2022, he steps out solo on Solid Grooves for the first time with his latest single, 'Gem'.

Combining bumping bass licks and crisp drum shots formed around a provocative and playful female vocal, the bubbly 'Gem' is a bright, slinking track and a record that's been a constant across the Grooves Motel at DC10 in Ibiza this summer.

This year, a standout moment in his career came with the release of ‘Coming For Ya’ on Gruuv—a summer anthem that was heavily supported by industry heavyweights ANOTR and quickly became a dancefloor hit. Now, as the year winds down, he takes the next step in his journey with his label debut on Jamie Jones' Hot Creations, delivering the bass-fuelled four-track ‘More Love’ EP, which also features a collaboration with fellow Brazilian artist Marian (BR). “After a year with more than 10 releases, ‘More Love’ EP certainly is one of the works I'm most proud of.
The first three tracks of this EP were produced in one week, and every Jamie Jones support during his Paradise residency in Ibiza meant a lot to me. It felt like I was daydreaming. This four-track release represents nocapz. in its purest form as it brings to life all my influences of club culture through energetic basslines and classic rave synths. Kicking off with thick, pounding beats, ‘More Love’ features chopped vocals with a nostalgic vibe that seamlessly blend into a deep, bass-heavy groove. Keeping the momentum, ‘Getting Heard’ drives forward with quick, bouncy beats and heavy synths that build a wave of intensity to the dancefloor. ‘One Shot’ packs a punch with thumping kicks, keeping the EP's energy fierce and pushing the track to its peak intensity.
