Revisiting vocals by Warrior Queen, Daddy Freddy, the late Sandeeno and Jamaican legends such as Earl 16 and Lutan Fyah, Rebuilt For Sound brings some riveting vibes from the Junglist pair Aries & Kelvin 373, Frenchman Stalawa, Rub A Dub specialists Chief Rockas, Tokyo’s own Bim One, as well as fellow producers Origin One, Jahrkon, Kirifi and Samurai Breaks.
With 8 fresh remixes, Rebuilt For Sound bridges between Old School Jungle and Future Ragga - nailing down the 90s vibe with a twist.

Nothing like some good fresh reggae riddims with a little dub touch. As you know, at Fat Bird Recordings we have a wide range of rhythms in the spectrum of the 80s vibes that we love and are so passionate about. George Palmer has been producing new riddims and here's our first pack of riddims.

This pack is specially designed for all singers, deejays and entertainers who want to link up with the rub a dub sound and bring the authentic vibes and orginal riddims to their selection. These rhythms are free of rights and once downloaded they are available to be used without commercial purposes.

The pack begins with a rhythm played by George Palmer on the Casio-Tone Mt-41. It recalls rhythms similar to Gunshot - Anthony Johnson and that kind of vibes.

Then the pack brings more rhythms composed and interpreted by Palmer at George's Box Studio, his little studio in the Basque Country, with his analog and digital machines, simulating the sound of Jammys, Boby Digital etc.

Also a true classic like the Far East Riddim was re created by George Palmer, using Drum machines and synthesizers similar to those used by players of instruments of that era, such as Firehouse Crew...  more
