Ano este em que, devido às circunstâncias, não pudemos fazer o que mais gostamos, dentro deste universo tão rico  que é a musica.

Despeço-me mais uma vez de um velho ciclo, ao ritmo de Floating Layers, como já tem vindo a ser tradição no Natal, desta vez com a oitava edição.

He started his passionate electronic-music-wise journey back in 2013, attending various underground clubs and festivals around the world.
Particulary passionate about techno music, he started playing and researching music, influenced by artists such as Claudio prc, Ness, oscar mulero etc. 
His DJ sets range from Ambient, hypnotic and mysterious sounds to dark techno.

Flawless transitions with a great energy management and driving atmospheres merged with introspective elements & vibes are to be expected from this artist.

Welcome to our next episode of Deep Techno...this time the talented dj, producer and label owner MARTYN PÄSCH took a deep grab into his record case and selected some fine tunes for us.

MARTIN PÄSCH continues to rise in the global scene of Electronic Music. 
In his work as a producer we can find a wide range of styles varying from classical to minimal and abstract sounds of Techno. 
He is also moving in sub genres such as Ambient or IDM, which gives him a vast musical spectrum, freshness, experimentation and versatility. Much of his music was released on well-known record labels. 
In the beginning of 2018 he started his own record label called KVLTÖ RECORDS, focused on Ambient, Experimental, Drone and Techno sounds.
Since this moment he is working very ambitious on various projects, collaborations and other intentions in which Martyn Päsch not only seeks for musical diversity, but also aims to excite and at best give the recipient food for thought and dream.

The Chaos Computer Club is Germany's primary source for futuristic and alternative thinking since the 80s. Each year between Christmas and New Year's Eve, this association gathers hackers from all over the galaxy for a huge congress. Under the given conditions, the convention had to move to an online exile for the 2020 edition: The "Remote Chaos Experience" (RC3). Music and all kinds of arts are an integral part of these conventions - this set is one of the contributions to the four-day streaming marathon that soundtracked the RC3 (27 - 30th of December, 2020).

Our next artist is DJ living in Vilnius, Lithuania. He first became fully immersed into a rave culture with progressive house, minimal, electro, techno eras  forming his musical taste.  Lately he has settled on downtempo electronic and techno music styles. His style typically blends darks ambient, dubby and psychedelic sounds. He finds techno music is more like a spiritual experience, a modern ritual. He displays a subtle array of ambient and atmospheric techno in this submission, please give a warm welcome to @phases-sounds

O percurso musical de Rui G. denota a sua insaciável curiosidade e dedicação à pesquisa sonora. Movido pelo desejo de explorar novos horizontes da música eletrónica, foi desenvolvendo a sua técnica com habilidade e sensibilidade, desafiando-se constantemente a construir narrativas musicais imersivas, onde cada set é uma jornada cuidadosamente tecida.

O seu fascínio pela eletrónica foi crescendo ao longo dos anos, permitindo um refinamento pessoal que culminou com a sua estréia oficial como DJ, em 2009. Nem dois anos depois, em 2011, aceita o convite para integrar o coletivo Elements, uma plataforma de renome dedicada à música eletrónica, sediada em Coimbra. Esta promotora revelou-se um marco fundamental na sua evolução artística, abrindo portas para atuar em eventos e clubes icónicos da cena eletrónica, tanto em Coimbra como no Porto. Foi ao lado de artistas que admira, como David Rodrigues, Nelson Flip, The Advent, Deepbass, Brando Lupi, Nobody Home, NTOGN, BLNDR, Antigone, Dorian Gray, Freddy K e Henning Baer, que Rui G. consolidou a sua identidade sonora.

Dedicado, curioso e ambicioso, Rui G. compromete-se a ultrapassar barreiras musicais, apurando constantemente a sua técnica, descobrindo e revelando novas nuances das paisagens sonoras que oferece ao público. Os seus sets transcendem géneros e desafiam perceções pré-concebidas, convidando o público a uma autêntica viagem sensorial, sempre surpreendente.

Nos últimos tempos, tem marcado presença em clubes de referência como o Gare (Porto), Stilvoll Club (Neuss, Alemanha) e KABINET MÚZ (Brno, República Checa). Em 2022, atinge um dos pontos altos da sua carreira ao atuar no Boom Festival (The Gardens), o maior festival de música eletrónica em Portugal.
