“For this podcast I would like to purpose some heterogeneity of electronic music I love, make me dance, smile and cry on it” - says Nicolas. 

Thorm is an electronic music french producer based in Paris starting back in 2014. Influenced by all the things life has to offer, his musical range can go from peaceful ambient and experimental sounds to Lo-Fi and dusky techno. Nicolas works a lot on the texture of the sound and on ambiences, drawing inspiration from movies soundtracks as well as modern and contemporary arts.

It’s to Brooklyn and in turn Micah Frank that we look for this morning’s inspiration and sound track. The electronic producer, and label head of Puremagnetik has a long history of working in several different mediums. Whether by molding programming and sound into generative soundscapes, or layering field recordings and blending samples, his taste is immaculate and deep.
