In the past years I have been hosted, facilitated and held countless Ecstatic Dance Journeys ....

I started my Ecstatic Dance Journey in 2008 at the very beginning of the now famous Yoga Barn in Bali, then in 2016 I gave birth to the Sunday Mornings Dances at Pyramid Yoga in Koh Phangan and the Evening Friday dances in Jaran's.

Consistently started to record my sets (or almost) only in 2017/18.
I will try now to upload one every Saturday starting from those days ...... raw as they are (as I do not even re listen to them before uploading them!!)

Follow me in my Ecstatic Journey and let's see where we will end up ....
(to date ...with one set every week we will have more then 2 years to explore in front of us!)

This sound was recorded to be the soundtrack of the film from the  Technical and Project Drawing Course, that i have teached in Eco Aldeia de Janas, Sintra. This moment represent the day of the Portuguese Revolution (25 de Abril) for every year, a new breath, and a new opportunity to make the change in our country. Part of the mission, to be a sea garden full of life and biodiversity, and taking new worlds to the world.

Live With Earth - Dragonfly

...the sound of the drum is very important. It is the subtle variations in timbre and ever-changing overtones of the drum that allow the shaman to communicate with the spiritual realm. Part of the shaman's training involves learning to hear and interpret a larger range of frequencies than the normal person can. The shaman listens and finds the right tone, the right sound to which the spirits will respond. Through the many tones, pitches, and harmonics of the drum, the shaman communes with the subtle and normally unseen energies of the spirit world, which is the web of life itself.

Połączenie dźwięków mis kryształowych, tybetańskich, didgeridoo, gongów oraz całego instrumentarium daje w efekcie potężny rezonans niczym muzyka planetarna czyli dźwięki planet naszego układusłonecznego oraz kosmosu. Wibracja ta silnie oddziałuje na nasze struktury komórkowe oraz DNA, podnosząc tym samym nasze wibracje. Podczas koncertów śpiewamy mantry, icarosy oraz pieśni, które mają na celu otwierać ludzkie serca, oczyszczać, transformować, uzdrawiać i przenosić w inny stan świadomości.

This was the last set I played for an Ecstatic Dance session. It was more than one month ago, in Sintra, Portugal, and the energy was very high and joyous. I share it on the first day of spring, in the middle of the first quarantine. May it allow us all to feel the power of the life force within, the energy pushing life to reproduce itself endlessly, no matter what.

This was born thanks to the universal power of music, thanks to the wonderful connection of love that brings us all together. A collaboration of three artists, 𝗦𝘃𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗺@joaomsousa , 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮ú𝗻𝗮 @carauna and 𝗜𝗡𝗥𝗚𝗗@inrgd , that started as a guitar based song by Svayam, and evolved into a fantastic edition job with fantastic beats and dreamy  sounds by Caraúna. Later the feminine energy present on the music already became real with Ingrid's vocals and words.  
Close your eyes, breathe deeply, let your self go in the desert, in space, in the void where we all are the same.
