Inspired by the likes of James Morrison, Ellie Goulding and Taylor Swift, Emma has a spirit about her that is infectious and a bravery in her voice that can hush a crowd. 

Emerging from Exeter's vibrant music scene in the South West of the UK, Emma has 15 years of experience in the music industry. Starting as a busker, she immersed herself in performing, writing and collaborating with other local musicians, developing her own unique style combining soulful vocals and acoustic guitar.

Moving to London, Emma gained momentum as an artist, recording with talented producers, working as a published songwriter and performing at prestigious events and venues such as Ronnie Scott’s, The Troubadour and Henley Royal Regatta. As part of the duo ‘Amberlake’, Emma released original music, achieving over a million streams on Spotify. An acoustic cover of Moloko's 'The Time is Now' also played on Love Island.

During the pandemic, Emma relocated to New Zealand in search of a new adventure, where she played at various venues from lively bars to serene vineyard weddings. Since returning to the UK, Emma has been gigging professionally in the South West and welcomes new collaborations and gigs in 2024.

   From an early age 'Rule 34' has been  exposed to many forms of music, discovering his love for electronic music early 2010. Since then, he has experimented with a wide variety of sub-genres including techno, house and drum&bass- finally settling on Dubstep as his genre of choice (however still branching out in various side projects).

   He has gone from starting out on Fruity Loops, to learning the tricks of the trade on Ableton (Releasing his debut Dubstep EP "Noises & Wobbles" in the process) and is now happily making his tunes on the newest addition to the Pro Tools series under the name "Rule 34" after dropping previous titles as they were all terrible.

The Cogent Project is the experimental side project of Film and TV composer Adam Lastiwka.  It was meant as an outlet to create electronic music that wouldn't really fit into the framework of an episodic drama or feature film, but later turned into a nearly full time venture in to sound design and musical experimentation. 

 Although the tones of various synthesizers are called upon often, the directive has now shifted to favouring foley and sound design elements that are then processed to create organic-synth like textures and rhythms.  The goal has always been to create something familiar, yet fresh. The use of regular household objects and other various strangely designed and generally non-musical objects to create musical results has often accommodated this idea.
