xan of mars is an androgynous punk fairy brought to earth to open minds and push boundaries. in song, their soothing vocal tone glides atop funky tracks that combine spacey synths, syncopated rhythms and layered melodic lines with a vibrant energy, to deliver compelling stories about their painful past, and to inspire hope for a brighter future.

xan wrote and produced the music for “escape the noise,” a new play cracking open the minds of American teens, currently premiering at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2025.

we are Valley kids, Ruby and Wes, two singers and songwriters united in love and an overpowering sense of hope that life is good and music makes it better. Our upcoming self-titled debut album "we are Valley kids" is a collection of banged-up ballads and blues music that draw from influences in both Indie Folk and Soul traditions.
