Her youtube videos playing the violin over house and progressive house tracks caught their attention already a while ago. NEW EARTH was the perfect track to introduce the promising and very talented female artist to the label. Alfiya is a professional trained violinist and she incorporates that beautiful acoustic instrument into her own productions. The result is a fresh and rich sound. Acoustic meets electronic.

ATL072 follows hot on the heels of Breathe (Original) from Atlant label boss BOg. Featuring talented vocalist Afnan Prince we now present remixes from Jos and Eli, Enai and Fur Coat. Here each artist takes their own approach and the results are truly stunning.

For the remix of 'Breathe' we call upon in demand duo Jos and Eli who provide a perfect peak time club moment that will live long in the clubbers memory. Here Afnan's vocal seduces and teases the crowd, while the analogue layers from Jos and Eli are like the warmest of hugs in winter. This one tugs at the heart strings as well as rocking the dance- floor. Tremendous work guys and thanks for your hard
work.

Second remix comes from Enai, who is still on a high following his recent Ira EP for Atlant. The Catalonian synth wizard stirs up something very special, making full use of Afnan's vocal to draw the whole club inside his warm melodies. One play isn't enough. The addictive groove and monumental analogue layers will have you repeating this on a loop.

Next is Fur Coat - a major friend of Atlant, label owner (Øddity) and one of the most respected Melodic Techno producers on the scene. From the first bar you know this is going to be a serious clubbing track. Shuddering bass pulses and deep dark floor shaking stabs immediately set the tone. Afnan's soulful vocal is used for maximum impact alongside devastating arp attacks.

Senses Of Mind are back on their own Untold Stories imprint and bring out the big guns with 'Becoming One EP'.

Kicking off proceedings with the title track, it's instantly clear that the guys have honed their craft even more, taking their production skills to the next level. Mysterious and dark, without going too dark, 'Becoming One' keeps the listener captivated through out.

On the flip side we'll find 'Manifestation Of Life'. Imagine hearing this as a DJ set opener.. Setting the tone instantly for what's to come, evoking a dystopian style ecstasy and perfectly complementing its predecessor.

Astral Records opens the month of April by welcoming Re-Type back to the label for a new single. Based in Belgium and made up of Pieter and Lucas, the Re-Type duo first emerged in 2021 with a release via Found Frequencies. Finding a nice balance between progressive and melodic house and techno, 'Reasons' firmly established Re-Type as a new duo to watch. 2022 found further successes for the duo, making their Astral Records debut in November with 'Drowning'. Featuring the vocals of Luke Coulson and backed by a remix from Axel Haube, the track would go on to receive support from Mind Against, Nick Warren and more. Now, presenting their first release of 2023, Re-Type returns to Astral Records with a new single entitled 'Home'.

Diversifying their portfolio further, Re-Type masterfully synthesizes their talents with well-known producer/vocalist Eleonora. Remarkably powerful, its dynamic groove commands attention, moving through rolling contours and rhythmic pulses, while flickering arps and ghostly vocal fragments add further colour leading into the main break. Adding an emotive slant to the narrative, the interlude melts down to a warm atmospheric glow, eventually revealing the full vocal, as euphoric synths convene around the emotive phrasing, before electric pulses summon the groove for an epic finale.
