SINNERS welcome back Aalson as he returns to deliver his two-track ‘Stormia’EP.

A rising producer and live act of note, France’s Aalson has been a rising name across his home country in recent years, performing alongside artists such as Extrawelt and Teho as he delivers his blend of rich and melodic textures and sonics. With his last EP on the label in August finding support from the likes of Laurent Garnier, Fur Coat, Henry Saiz and Animal Trainer, and following the label’s recent sold-out showcase during ADE, the Toulouse based talent now returns to SINNERS as he reveals two new productions in the form of his ‘Stormia’ EP.

Title track ‘Stormia’ balances bright, fluctuating synths with darker, layered bass patterns and arpeggiated melodies, before flowing into the slow-blooming yet commanding ‘Prophecy’ which utilizes further powerful lead line work atop of hefty kicks and retrained atmospheres across its duration.

The first track of the EP is called 'Focus'. As the name already says the track is focused on one particular magical lead. This floating lead is accompanied by some in-the-face drums and atmospheric sounds, which all together created a really effective track.

'Wanderlast' is the second track of the EP, which is a beautiful one. Through the track more and more got revealed of the intriguing high pitched main synth. Even though the track is really atmospheric, Alberth managed to add a certain groove to the percussion.

The third track, 'The Landing', makes you feel like you are hovering somewhere high in the sky. The lead is drifting through the track and got strengthened by some balanced higher sounds.

The Ancient Memories gave 'The Landing' a little bit more power by adding some heavier synths to the floating lead of the original. Every time listening to this remix, you will discover something new, which makes this an impressive end to an impressive EP.'

 About 
It’s safe to say 2019 was the breakthrough year for GHEIST. It was marked by a series of festival and club gigs and a number of stellar releases on imprints like Solomun’s Diynamic and Watergate Records.

The Berlin-based band are kicking off 2020 with their first collaboration on their own imprint, Radau, welcoming New Zealand native Bayker to their label. The two-track EP comes two years after their vocal-heavy joint effort ‘Salvation’ was released via Exploited, instantly becoming a fan favourite. 

Two years later, Bayker and GHEIST get together in the studio again to continue where they left off with ‘Salvation’. The result is a two-track EP that bears the unmistakable GHEIST stamp, with Bayker adding a darker twist to the band’s signature dreamy, melancholic productions.

Dubbed ‘Howl’, the EP opens up with ‘Echoes’ is a four-to-the-floor beckoning to get down on the dancefloor that sees GHEIST step out of their comfort zone to show a new side to their masterfully crafted sound. In contrast, the title track is soaked in GHEIST’s dreamy melodic aesthetic. However, having Bayker on board adds a darker energy to the mix that turns the tune into an absolute dancefloor weapon. 

Radau will release ‘Howl EP’ digitally on February 28.

As we celebrate Steyoyoke’s 8th Anniversary, we’re releasing an 8-track EP showcasing some legendary, original cuts by the label’s artists. 
 
The first track on this EP is “For Good”, by Earthlife featuring Eleonora. It begins with a peaceful, melodic soundscape with angelic vocals adding the sense of enchantment throughout the track.
Next, "1984", by Darko Milosevic is a pure ethereal track, rich in melodic and synth layers that is sure to fill you with emotions. Soul Button is next with "Gamila", a dreamy track pushing your mind and soul into a higher state. “The Journey" by Clawz SG, a diverse track, indeed a journey in itself with its dark and raw beats. Nick Devon follows with "Long Gone", with echoing layers feeding the listener with suspense and melancholic elements. Strinner is next with "Oblivion", you can sense darkness with every beat and melody leading your way towards imagination. “Pavillon" by Jobe is a dynamic, dark and energetic track. The final track is "Fire" by Modeplex, savage and uplifting with vocals adding an edge that boosts your senses.
