Even through the thickest clouds we can see a ray of sunshine. Endz' 'Reason' is one of those tracks that just does that. It helps people through difficult times with melodies that sound of hope and gives you the strength to stand up and reach for your dreams.

The mysterious producer Endz has carefully crafted the dancefloor gem 'Reason'. The track opens up with a 4/4 straight groove and a deep bassline. The crescendo of drums and bass sets the mood for the track, permeated by melancholic and fantasia - likes vibes. When the synth comes in, like thunder, it rumbles in our hearts but it will also rumble and hit hard in the clubs. Slowly the track grows in intensity, until the melodic lines drive it to a dreamy interlude.

The break is masterfully guided by the piano line and leads to a stomping drop with a powerful and dancefloor killer groove to follow. Reason gets every clubber to raise their hands to the sky. To reach for those dreams. To reach for the clouds. And the sun still shines through.

This year’s edition of Steyoyoke’s ‘Couple Affair’ features four solid tracks that combines two artists from six label members: Soul Button, Nick Devon, Strinner, Darko Milosevic, Arude and Ceas. Nick Devon and Darko Milosevic join forces to create ‘Pictures From The Past’, a heavenly techno imprint of a never-ending climax. Next up, Strinner teams up with Soul Button with ‘Oracle’ and takes us to a darker space with a deep, echoing melody, and a refrain that is pared back to its essential parts. Following is Soul Button and Arude who takes the twisted, dark path down to ‘Opia’, with a tragically beautiful melody that invites you into its mysterious basslines and addictive synths. The final track by Ceas and Soul Button, ‘Sphere’, sets out to break the hearts of people around the globe as they experience the emotive nature of this timeless gem.

2019 saw Italian producer Carlo Whale hit a turning point in his career with the release of his debut EP on Berlin based label, @einmusika-recordings. Making an impression with the inaugural release, he reaffirms himself in the Einmusika family as he returns to the label with his new ‘The Future Is Now’ EP.

Developing and honing his craft since 2013, Carlo has been pursuing the boundaries between music, technology and nature. Carlo’s unique production techniques utilise the environment around him as he tempers the emotions of moments in time into expertly crafted Techno.

‘The Future Is Now’ EP further demonstrates his preference for melodically themed peak time club moments. Amid horns and progressive basslines, Carlo builds a spell-binding atmosphere. Pushing forward his love for melody, ‘Lying Eyes’ uses piano synths that grow to build euphoria, meanwhile ‘Glass House’ brings out a more ambient side of the EP.
