Es ist das Jahr 2014. Aus den Ruinen ihrer alten Band kämpfen sich Ben (Gitarre) und Raui (Drums, Vocals) zurück in ihre eigene Vorstellung von Musik und gründen die „RUNNING TAPES“. Anfangs noch zu zweit, stellen sie aber schnell fest, dass keine Band ohne einen Groove auskommt, und finden in Olly (Bass) die perfekte Ergänzung. Fertig ist ein Punk Rock Cocktail der groovigen Sorte. Durch gelegentliche Ska/Reggae Ausflüge, gepaart mit Rory Gallagher Gitarre und passendem Hut, bekommt dieses Gebräu ihre eigentliche Würze.

The Killing D(e)ads...
... is Raui, drummer and singer of the bands Running Tapes, Shut Up 'N' Listen and Bierschiss (!Punk!), now SOLO.
Over many years, so many songs and/or ideas have been accumulated that didn't always find their way into one of the bands, but were still worth to work them out.
And that's what The Killing D(e)ads are for!
