George Claassen, aka G-Class, was schooled in the roots of Jungle from birth; his father was an avid Reggae & Dancehall record collector. By the time he was 18, G Class was remixing Dancehall classics, and moving on to his own productions.

Inspired by Chase & Status, Shy FX & Benny Page, his remix of Konshens' Guerilla scored no.3 in the Hypedit chart, followed by the no.1 smash, 'Pon De Replay Bootleg' by Rihanna, released on Invicta.

Never one to sit still, as the 23 year old forges his Jungle career, he’s also studying Music Production at Leed Conservatoire.

The Cool Down EP contains four slabs of immaculately produced Jungle, collaborating with Italian vocalist Efno on ‘Music Tun Up’ and some of the South West’s hottest talent; Junior Dog jumps on 'Sidung', Mad Sam runs 'Murda Sound', and Vanda steps up for ‘Cool Down’.

All Junglists stand up! These tracks are sure to be the soundtrack to summer '24

To celebrate 5 years of the Jungle powerhouse that is Run Tingz Recordings, the Bristol based imprint presents it's 10th release on wax with a remix of Future Prophecies' seminal D&B track 'Dreadlock', by none other than 'Killa Tingz', the aptly named collaboration between label stalwarts Serial Killaz & Run Tingz Cru - the first appearance for either artist across any of the Run Tingz' sub labels in over a year.

The 2015 remix brings this undisputed Breakbeat Kaos classic into the present day with a intoxicating bass reese that will leave the dancefloor for dead. It's a long awaited Run Tingz debut for one of South America's most promising Jungle producers and it features the vocal talents of none other than the infamous Lady Chann.

In true Run Tingz Recordings style, the original mix incorporates classic reggae elements, a rolling 2-step DnB beat and a modern Latino-Jungle twist. In keeping with Run Tingz’ ambition to work with the worlds leading talent, the unmistakable vocals of Lady Chann have be incorporated to great effect, with the London based artist truly showcasing her impressive range.

The flip see's a welcome a return for the label bosses alongside their resident jungle drummer, Breakah. The boys are back with vengeance and with a Solo EP planned for early 2018 this is just a taster of what is to come. This remix strips back a lot of the vocal and reggae elements, and shoves a heavy slab of bass in ya face!
