Serial Killaz Set DRUM & BASS

Born out of the unexpected downtime of lockdown, Killa Kollective emerged as a creative outlet for producers with too much time on their hands and too many ideas to keep to themselves. As the world hit pause, we hit the studio, connecting with like-minded artists from the Serial Killaz camp to craft collaborative projects that might never have happened otherwise.

Now for the latest release on the label we take it back to where it all began. Fast rising producer and label cohort Zapya steps up to remix "Drop It!", the inaugural release from Killa Kollective, originally crafted by Upgrade & Serial Killaz. A fresh twist on a dancefloor destroyer, this rework plunges even deeper into the dark, rolling energy of the original, delivering a heavyweight refit designed to shake foundations and mash up the dance.

The duo teams up with Bristol-based dancehall artist Mad Sam for a full-powered salute to the time-honored ritual of firing up the herb. Built around the title track “Fat Spliff,” this high-grade drum & bass anthem sees Mad Sam deliver his verses in his trademark gravel-lined tone that rumbles like distant thunder, while Serial Killaz unleash their signature breakbeat carnage.
