Philo proves you don't need decades of experience to understand and push boundaries of a genre. With national and international recognition, Philo's originally vinyl-exclusive selection has evolved over time into a digital hybrid in the pursuit of the best possible sound. Characteristics of her selection involve rough UK bass, which is somewhere between breakbeat, half time, dubby bassbin jungle and footwork with a splash of classic 90s aswell as house influences according to the maxim " keep moving forward“!

Not long ago she started producing and released her first tune "Zooma Patrol" in cooperation with Moogie Fox on the berlin label Headlight Records - her first solo-release has been out in beginning of 2022 on the Brazilian Label Nice & Deadly - more to come very soon! 
Since 2020, she’s part of Deegree Recordings. In 2021, together with Marie Montexier and Aino DJ, she founded the event series Précey, which focuses on female and non-binary artists to push the scene in Cologne. 
She also hosts her radio show on jungletrain.net every second Wednesday from 10:30pm (CET) and 4:30 A.M. for us (ET)Americans.

Jesta & Park Shadow deliver the next edition of the Dispatch Blueprints series, a label that aims to celebrate the roots and heritage drum and bass sound.

An international collaboration instigated by Park Shadow, began when he shared the stems for the ominous "Puppet Regime" with Jesta, who worked his magic and vocal samples into the mix. Jesta returned the favour with "Zesty Mordant" as Park Shadow added his flavour to this Trailer Park Boys referencing heater.

Available in a limited run of 30, 10" Lathe Cut Dubplates with an additional brushed aluminium sticker. These dubplates will be sent ahead of the general release date. Act fast to grab one of these collector's edition vinyl.
