Med School are extremely excited to present the “Losing My Mind” EP, our final release of 2014 and the debut solo release from the label’s latest signing, Anile.

Since joining the label back in May of this year, following a handful of releases on both Med School and Hospital, Anile has worked tirelessly to craft this elegant and sophisticated four-track EP. The title track combines bold brass stabs, brooding string sections and an indelible vocal hook into an alluring drum & bass roller. Throughout the rest of the assembly you can be sure to dote on a brew of deep-seated basslines, thoughtful musicality and rolling breaks.

Having delivered a scintillating remix of Blu Mar Ten earlier this year and with releases on the likes of Soul:r and Commercial Suicide, Anile looks to further cement his sound in the drum & bass consciousness with this latest collection of tracks on Med School. With brand new and exclusive tracks from our current roster and returning names, Soul Sessions Vol. 2 further showcases the dynamic and forward-thinking music that we’re all about! Following the release of Pola & Bryson’s debut album, the pair deliver a stellar remix of Dualistic’s ‘Brave’ while other label familiars include the likes of GLXY, Arch Origin and Phaction. The LP also sees debuts for some of the most exciting new talents on the scene InMost, Aperio, Identify and Akranes.
