It´s the third day of december...& three is the magic number, right? 
Lights, camera, action for a true DJ underground heroe, Tyrolian native DJ Enne. I met him first on some Cosmic music events back in the 80´s where he was THE man & the connection to the Italian cosmic music scene , especially to a certain Mr Beppe Loda. Due to popular demand, we've pulled this one out of the archives... 

Back in 2010, Gilles Peterson recorded a special Brownswood Basement show focusing on the evolution of drum & bass through the 90s and into the 00s. It was by no means a comprehensive history of the genre, but it did represent an excellent snapshot of the tunes that struck a chord with Gilles back then. 100% vinyl (and acetates), Gilles spent the best part of a day rummaging through hundreds of records and picked out around 40 of his favourite tracks from the likes of Alex Reece, Peshay, Goldie, Drumagick, Roni Size and Photek… then @alex-patchwork got deep in the mix. Here then, is the first hour-long mix that made up that show - no links, jingles or drops - just the music. We hope you enjoy it.

We're delighted to premiere 'Razor' from New Zealand based seven-piece, Fat Freddy's Drop, taken from their forthcoming album, ‘BAYS’, out on October 23rd 2015.

Following the worldwide success of ‘Blackbird’ in 2013, the band are back with a 9-track LP recorded at the band’s BAYS Studio in Kilbirnie, Wellington a former 1950s HMV vinyl pressing plant. The lead single features the now signature sound of the band, beautifully melding reggae and jazz aesthetics with techno production.
