I am a hard dance DJ and aspiring producer from the north west of England, my main genres being UK Bounce/Hard Bass but never miss out on the opportunity to step it up a notch to a bit of UK Core/Powerstomp! I’ve always been partial to the harder side of dance music and my main inspiration to become a DJ comes from legendary DJ’S like Carl Cox and his performance at Fantazia The Big Bang in 1993 and Q-tex Live PA performing Power of Love for the first time! Huge stages and outstanding acts at these raves in the 90’s inspires me to try capture a piece of that in each of my sets and hopefully make the crowd feel a little of what I feel every time I play the music I love. 
I started djing when I was around 15 but didn’t take it more seriously than just messing around at my mates until I started to learn and get better. I can remember that moment when it all clicked and didn’t seem so confusing anymore, this encouraged me into buying my first set of decks at 18 a pair of belt driven home mix 2000’s with matching mixer they were awful but I loved them! I eventually upgraded to some direct drive Numark TT1625’s with a Stanton sa-8 mixer made an outstanding difference to my performance pushing me even more to become pro. To help further my skills i also signed up to North west music academy which taught advanced djing and basic music production and mastering in a 12 week course
All though it was years later when I finally got my break and got my first booking @ Sanctuary Summer Jam Club Sanuk Blackpool 23rd August 2013 was a tense set and really didn’t go that well for me due to some technical difficulties I was absolutely gutted really thought I’d messed everything up on my first crack at it and thought id never DJ again, but I persevered and later started to get more and more bookings @ Dirty Beatz, Infusion, unbeatable bounce, Dance District, Stir Crazy all quite minor until i landed a booking @ Bounce Heaven Ascention Bowlers Main Stage May 4th 2014 via Shaun Lever and Exxposure. This was djing on a different level really enjoyed the experience of playing such a huge stage in a legendary venue like Bowlers and can only thank the people involved for giving me the chance. This opened more doors for me not instantly but gradually promoters have started to approach me more and more rather than me bombarding them with links to mixes demo cds etc. This was a great feeling to have strangers approach you that have heard u play and want to book you gives a great feeling of accomplishment. 
I later returned to Sanctuary & Sopranos NYE 2014 and opened room 2 with DJ Jeff Roscow performing a Dirty Beatz resident set which we filled in 5 mins and absolutely smashed it really enjoyed that set. I have been booked by Sanctuary deviation again recently and am set to play @ Sanctuary The Return on October 17th 2015 performing alongside the legend DBC. There is some great opportunities for me ahead to show what I can do Sanctuary The Return mentioned above and my biggest booking to date Exxposure 2015 Bounce Arena can’t wait to perform at the mighty bowlers again and hopefully impress some more. Either way its an honour to play and a great opportunity to further my career which I will grab with both hands.
