Espionage is the newest single from award winning alt rockers, Rusty Shipp. The song continues the story in the "Cosmic Innuendo" series. On the surface, the song seems to be about sea angels who come to that surface to spy on salty sailors. But under the waves, there's a deeper meaning—a man and a band who are bringing a secret message which may not be what either side is expecting!
