The past 2 years have been an internal struggle of me trying to pick a sound for my music. This struggle was exasperated by living In LA, where there are ten thousand great musicians who all have a different opinion on what you need to do to “make it”. 

I met so many artists who are low-key compromising their art to fit passing trends, who advised me to do the same. When all the pressure to be every style at once became too much I ended up needing to reset and look inward, where I found the answer: be yourself. Easier said than done, I know, but once I stopped trying to reinvent myself every 3 months, everything lined up. 

This album is me writing true songs from the heart, arranging them in the ways I like to arrange, recording them with people who are dear to me, and most importantly being no more and no less than myself. “Maybe Being Me Is Just Enough” EP is out now and I love it, because it’s me.
