Velvet Picturehouse (formerly Lazy Susan) are Mark Carter (vocals, guitar), Steven Harris (mandolin, bass, guitar, vocals), Craig Hilton (drums, percussion), Elly Schultz (vocals, cello). 

Biography:

Back in 2007-8, Mark and Steve started working together after chance musical meeting at a mutual friend's party in London. Enter Craig, who joined after jamming with them in a smoky hotel room at another mutual friend's party, this time in Barcelona. Finally, a long search for a London-based female vocalist produced Elly in early 2013.

We are working on our debut album with our great producer Drew Griffiths and with excellent contributions from violinist Gabriel Andrews and vocalist Barbara Cavaleri. We are currently gigging in and around London.

We hope you love the music as much as we do, and see you at a gig.
