Something often overlooked and equally important as receiving the medicine, is the integration of it all.  There comes a point, where we must give us ourselves the proper space to USE the medicine we have been given and take action. 

My Kinda Medicine is truly integrated action.

Some of the biggest medicine to swallow in these times is Trust. That perhaps we can trust that What is meant to be shall be and that there's an order to the seeming chaos.

Collectively it feels like a time to Rally.

The world needs as much of all of our individual medicine right now as we can spread, our love, despite fear, is a remedy in itself.

So here's some of my love for your Moon day.

An incredible festival, an incredible dance: In the late night steamy heat of the Costa Rican rainforest we Invoked the sacred through sonic alchemy and surrendered to the divine.  This set was the culmination of everything I strive for on the ecstatic dance floor - in the amorphously porous container of a festival a multi genre, tempo-twisted offering of deep groove and penetrating cadence elastically stretched the potential for expression over 108 minutes of unpredictable storytelling as each dancer exploded into the hyper-nowness of being.

Multi instrumentalist, composer, and producer, Ryan Herr, has been weaving his mix of live and electronic music for festivals, retreats and events throughout the world for over 20 years. He has a diverse and dynamic background of musical genres and styles and has been creating music for yoga, dance, film, and meditation. He focuses much of his musical attention to the medicinal aspects of music and dance and always incorporates a heavy dose of improvisation into his live sets.
