I find starting things out for a 'hard groove' party to be fun, because you can sort of "start in the middle" and just keep cranking up the heat from there. 
This set hits number of different genres while managing to climb from 126 to 146 bpm. 
Big thanks to everyone that was there. I was shocked to see such a steady dancefloor so "early" in the night.
